Ancient healing practices are combined to quiet the mind, ease tension, and improve focus to support a modern life.

Reiki

Reiki is a gentle and non-invasive form of energy healing recognised by the NHS as a complementary therapy. 

The practice, founded by Mikao Usui over a century ago in Japan, involves using hand techniques on or off the body to connect with your energy flow.

Benefits – by shifting energy, reiki can restore the balance of your mind and body, leaving you feeling lighter and grounded and promoting overall well-being. It is a deeply nourishing experience that can even be performed remotely.

Sound

Sound therapy is a practice that uses specific frequencies to help regulate your mind, body, and emotions back to a natural rhythm. 

This is achieved through sound instruments such as tuning forks, and sound bowls played around the body. The vibrations can slow down brainwaves, decrease heart and respiratory rates, and induce a deep state of relaxation to replenish on a cellular level. 

Benefits – the effects can increase the blood flow, help eliminate toxins, ease tension, and improve your mental clarity.

Movement

Group sessions combine slow-flow movements and still postures rooted in yoga, linked with the natural rhythm of your breath, to help you achieve deep relaxation, letting go of tension and quieting the mind.

Breathwork

A fundamental part of the sessions involves guided breathwork meditation to help focus your mind and relax your body. 

For instance, taking a shorter inhale and extending the exhale can activate the parasympathetic nervous system – also known as the relaxation response.

Benefits – using the breath as a vehicle to connect within can help you feel present and bring about a sense of calm, enhance the ability to manage stress, process negative thoughts and emotions, and ultimately lead to an improved quality of life.
